Jury regulations

1. The jury is formed of the submitted candidates and invited well-known musicians.
2. There are at least three committees appointed. Number of committees depends on the number of declared soloists.
3. Each committee may consist of max. 12 people.
4. Each juror will be selected to only one committee (the committee's work time is about 3 hrs.).
5. Candidates for the jury may be proposed by the employer or they can send their application individually and do not need to be teachers of the contestants.
6. The candidate should have a university degree in music (eg instrumental department, conducting, music theory, musicology, etc.).
7. Applications to the jury may be submitted also by the teachers with secondary music education with at least 20 years of professional experience.
8. The jury will be appointed according to the following rules:

   Specialization (in each committee the judges of the various specialties will participate). Education. years of experience.

9. To the jury in the second stage, the selection will be made by a computer from among jurors participating in the first stage.
10. Each member of the jury is independent and evaluates at his own feelings.
11. Candidates for the jury as well as those selected to work in the committees cover on their own the costs of accommodation, food and commuting.
